zve10 v. zve10 ii
Pretty much on the same spot. Per my research Sony has the widest range of in-brand and other compatible lens options. And sigma 18-50 is quite solid, though do note that it has no OSS, meaning footage will be quite shaky. Consider the Tamron 17-70mm if you can, same aperture with vibration control

need help deciding : ZV-E10 or ZV-E10 II
So, I'm someone who is making a similar decision. For me its for my Youtube channel. What I ended up deciding is I'm going to get the ZV-E10 II with the kit lens, then use it with that for awhile and save up to pick up some more lenses down the road. For me it comes down to the better sensor, 10 bit

Easy switch on Camera for Talking head / desk videos
Ah, ok. Ya, at that price you'd be looking at webcams for the most part. The other thing I'd look at, depending on what phone you have, would be using your phone. I've been using my Galaxy S24 for the last 10 months, and just this week finally ordered a Sony ZV E10 II. Sensor on the smaller end, but

Mirrorless camera suggestions under 1.5Lakh
If its only body, then take a mid range full frame like A7M3 or Canon r6||. If its with body+ lens then take a good apsc like R10+Sigma 18-50 / Sony ZVE10 Mark 2 with sigma 18-50

best beginnerer camera around 1000$
For 1,000 I recommend the Sony zve10ii, it’s a baby fx30/a6700 with the same sensor but much cheaper. You may want to buy a cage to beef it up as it’s a compact body, but for $1,000 (and not $1500 or $2,000) this is my choice. Based on my experience with the fx30. You’ll need a lens though, I recomm

Video Camera Recommendation?
If your smartphone looked good and the ZV-1 didn't, it may have been a settings issue on the camera. Or a lemon of a camera. It has a larger sensor and should do better in lower light than pretty much any smartphone camera as long as you have it set up correctly. I'm personally using a Samsung Galax

Sony ZV-E10 vs Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV for Landscapes?
Not exactly It's basically Sony a6100 without EVF, with different range of movement of screen and better video capabilities But it's still nice camera for photos (same sensor as a6100/a6400, same AF, it still have mechanical shutter) But 2nd Gen (zv-e10 ii) went more into video sacrificing photo so

ZVE10ii to FX30 pointless?
If you’re already full‑time with the ZV‑E10 II, that’s a good sign your current setup is doing its job. Going to an FX30 or A6700 won’t be a huge jump since they’re still APS‑C and the image difference won’t be dramatic, especially with the same Sigma 18‑50. You’ll see a bigger improvement by upgrad

What now?
Thanks! I do cringe a bit when I go back and look at my early videos. RambIed a bit too much, video quality was meh. Thumbnails needed work. But it was all part of the process! I'm still my own worst critic, so I have plenty of stuff I'm working on improving, but I'm getting there! I'm not super wel

Sony camera for a semi-beginner?
a6000 is rather dated for video a6400 have better sensor, much better AF, much better video capabilities so should be nice choice But of course for video a6700/zv-e10 ii have noticeable advantage in post process cuz of 10bit recording
