To me it looks like the A6100 clearly missed focus. How did you focus these two images?

I bought the wrong camera many times. First I bought the 2000D without much research and I loved that camera. Canon feels sturdy and reliable to work with. Then because I researched more, I eventually swapped thst one out for the Sony A6100 because the ‘lenses were cheaper and more options’. Before

Saw an overview on YouTube. This seems most compelling as an entry level camera, regardless of vlogging features. It has a lot of the features of the a6400 (and more not found on a6400), at a price less than the a6100. I guess you trade the EVF for them, but a lot of casual users were unlikely to us

Squeeze juuust a little bit more and buy the a6100 which has far better AF than any of them plus 4k video. Also she will need better lens than the kit ones

I have a Sony a6100 and a Sigma 30mm f/1.4. You did not make a mistake. I have a good variety of lenses and I always come back to the 30 mm. You may decide to use a zoom lens in the near future, but this is a great lens. Not only to start, but overall.

I can share the design but I need to share it as a parametric model. I designed it in SolidWorks, I need to remodel it in Onshape before sharing. I have reasons to think STL is inappropriate for this design: First, I am on a APS-C body, the a6600 specifically. If you compared the a6600 vs the a6400

28-75 for sure, super sharp lens and the constant 2.8 aperture is nice. Plus it’s smaller so great for travel when paired with the a6100. I’ve shot dozens of weddings and product shoots with that lens!

Wow, yeah, looks like they may actually be using the same sensor as the a6100/etc.... With a new sensor (and an electronic shutter rate faster than 1/100 s) this would have been a great camera for them to try out their fully-electronic shutter implementation, especially if getting rid of the mechani
