Sold a Sony camera **body** at a discount on marketplace, received these messages 4 hours later—

Okay so I know this is kind of a petty thing to post but I’m firmly *mildly* infuriated 😭

Full context: I had a Sony a6400 listed, the description said it was body only, the pictures had the body only as well. I offered them a discount and threw in a free bag, lens cloth and extra caps for free ju...

Milky Way over a lavender field

Shot on a Sony a6400 with a Sigma 10-18mm f/2.8 lens. For the sky, I stacked 20 images (taken at 10mm, f/2.8, 15" and ISO6400) using Sequator. For the foreground, I shot another long exposure at 10" and ISO4000, plus some light-painting. Feedback and critiques welcome!

Milky Way over an alpine lake

Two weeks ago I went at this lake to hike with some friends and to look for some photo opportunities. Got some results but due to the clouds I couldn’t try any night shot. I kept checking the weather and few days later got exceptionally lucky, (almost) new moon with two nights of clear skies and, th...

Ciao papà.

Come stai?

One year astrophotography progress

One year ago I took my first Milky Way image.

After watching a YouTube video of some guy photographing the Milky Way, I decided to climb the hill behind my house and give it a shot myself using my Sony A6400 with it's kit lens. Seeing the results of me sitting in pitch darkness for hours trying my...

Trying a new hobby, any tips?

Hey everyone,

Here are some photos from my first few weeks with a camera. I picked up a Sony A6400 with a 16-50mm kit lens. I’m trying photography out as a new hobby, because I’ve always enjoyed taking photos on my phone. Let me know what I could do differently or better!

My first photo shoot ever.

This morning I picked up a Sony A6400 with an 18mmx135mm lens, and several other goodies. This is my first proper photography camera. I went home, charged up the battery, and went out on a hiking trail around sunset. I was testing out the video, and snapping some random photos. while standing still ...
