I don't typically recommend PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSDs anymore. If you want to go cheap, SATA or Gen 3 is a better value. If you want performance, then Gen 5 makes more sense. The price difference if any is so negligible today between decent Gen 4 and decent Gen 5 it's hard to not recommend in my opinion.
