Sihoo m57 is the best for me. same height tayo, 54kg F. I used to have back pains before kasi random office chair lang gamit ko. I used to have that same chair. If you love your back please get a new one. it fucked up my back so bad. It's pricy but the Sihoo m57 is a good chair and one I personally use now. For a bit more there's the ProtoArc EC200.
