flat headphones for mixing cheap 2026
Audio-Technica M40x will probably be your best bet. If you're able to spend a bit more, I'd suggest the Sennheiser 560s phones.

Mixing headphone testing - London
Sennheiser HD560s/HD600/HD650 depending on what you are comfortable spending. I used 560s and 650 for most of college in our school's control room. I use Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro 250ohm for mixing. WIth Oratory's EQ presets, they are kick ass. too bright ootb without eq however. They are 9.5/10 in com

Beyerdynamic DT 900 PRO X - boosted bass?
You will get used to it cause it's very slight. But if you can't should have gotten the 560s Sennheiser which are flat
