I had a secretlab titan xl chair for a few years and it became super uncomfortable for me to stay seated in over time(mostly at the thighs and lower back). Switched to a herman miller aeron and its been perfect for me for three years so far.

Will do this is my second SecretLab chair and I had to get them to replace the whole arm when the arm rest started cracking. It was the old Titan chair and no way to change out just the arm rest.

I have had both the omega and titan. The titan is Way better than the omega, but I can’t Play for more than 4 hours. The chair is to hard. For secretlab’s pricepoint you Can find Way better options in the Office chair segment.
