Following up for you and anyone who finds this post somehow some day: I concluded that this issue was somehow specific to my Macbook Pro with an M3 chip, when connecting from USB-C to DisplayPort. I tried all of these combinations and they worked fine: Windows PC with DisplayPortWindows PC with HDMI
