I would suggest to go with samsung g5 oled. You can get it around 28-30k using corporate/student discount. Value for money. Only disadvantage being hdmi 2.0 instead of 2.1.

Samsung was selling its g5 oled at 28k not too long back. May be check that. It has lower brightness but if you can control light in your room it will be best bang for your buck
