Haha it's the first gen Samsung G9 Odyssey. 5120x1440 thing is a beast. a little odd for some games, though.

Can you split one monitor into 2 fake monitors

Which monitor?? I have a Samsung G9 and in the settings on the monitor itself it has PIP/PBP which allows for splitting my 5120x1440p monitor into 2-2560x1440p monitors. You just need to connect 2 input cables. I have 1 HDMI and 2 DP inputs so I have 2 DP's connected. Don't mind the cable mess. My p

Cyberpunk 2077 @ 7680×2160 (32:9) RT Overdrive | RTX 5090 | DLSS Q/P/UP + 6× MFG

They're good as secondary monitor but not as primary monitors, you're sacrificing too much versatility and exposing yourself to uneven burn-in. What exactly am I sacreficing ? it would be exceptionally hard to get burn-ins on a VA panel, this is not OLED. For both productivity and gaming, they offer

Is 4k worth it over 2k for OLED??

I’d never go back to 2K……it’s just a blurry version of 4K….and if you go OLED. Be prepared to never go back to anything else as well. I’ve had 6-7 OLEDS by now. Only sold them to keep upgrading. Now I have two 65” LG C2 with plans to upgrade one to a G5….pc gaming and series x gaming on them is anot

Rate My First Ever Build!

This is the G9 Odyssey by Samsung. Honestly the gaming experience is insane on this thing. Battlefield 6, Forza 5 look amazing and a lot of games generally have ultra-wide support which I did not think would be a thing with this monitor. Arc Raiders also looks insane with this monitor. Obviously for

MSI Claw 7/8 AI+ with 4K Monitor for daily office tasks

I use my claw 8ai with an Samsung Odyssey G9 and a dell dock, works like any normal Laptop, so Office and Webbrowser are perfectly fine. I would not expect to much on 4K gaming, that is pretty demanding…but you can always set the ingame resultion to 1080p

Ultrawide / 5K signage installs getting harder? (Chicago)

So I found a 5 year old NUC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 (which has theoretical maximum output of 7680x4320) and have it run on a Samsung G9 display (5120x1440). The video is MP4 (VP9). CMS is Bohemica Signage. It runs just fine. If you can send me the URL for the HTML content, I can test it as well. T

My lovely new Working and Gaming station

It's the Samsung Odyssey Neo G9G95NC (7680 × 2160) and it's a 57-inch beast. It’s an amazing monitor if your PC can handle it. The only downside is that some batches have screen issues. I’ve seen people complain a lot, while others say theirs works perfectly. So I hope I will not encounter any is

Graphics card recommandations for MSFS2020 for a 3 Monitor setup.

My 7900 XTX does wonders for 2024, so I can’t imagine you wouldn’t be happy with it for 2020. I run an Odyssey G9 UltraWide, so 5120x1440, super happy with it myself.
