1440p monitor that's safe to use?

I have SAMSUNG Odyssey G5 G50D 32" LS32DG500EUXEN (it's the flat IPS, not curved VA version). Very important, is you have to disable dynamic dimming (afaik it was called like that) in the settings. After that it was perfect, zero issues, my camera sees zero flicker. I like the quality and it also ha

Need help deciding on a monitor

Samsung Odyssey G50D. It's IPS so you know the old washed out blacks issue but i have a perfect calibration setting for everything else. PM if you go with this option and want the settings. I'll share them. Also, usually $249 on sale. Memorial day is coming up. Stick with LG if want a safe OLED bet.

Blue tint on new Samsung Odyssey G5 Monitor

Update: However. I managed to fully fix the issue by installing the new monitor firmware....and then set my "SeeColours" option to Tritan because honestly it kinda looks better to me...more contrast....maybe I really am somewhat colour deficient. https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/model/LS32DG500ENX

32" 1440p monitor or 27" ?

Hmmmm, 32" 1440p looks good unless you’re right up closely. The Samsung Odyssey G5 G50D is a great choice and perfect for gaming or editing

Have a budget of about $300 and I'm stuck between two monitors...

That G5 is old, outdated and has poor motion clarity and smearing. It’s over 4 years old. The new G5? Amazing. IPS. 180 hz. Great colors. Fast. Awesome monitor. I use it daily. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/samsung-27-odyssey-g50d-qhd-ips-180hz-1ms-amd-freesync-and-g-sync-compatible-gaming-monitor

Looking for a second 1440p monitor under $300

If it’s just a second 1440p screen for Discord and YouTube. I'll suggest the Samsung Odyssey G50D, it's 180hz, super clean text and solid colors

What type of monitors do you recommend?

My house got all sorts of technology monitors from tft to oled panel. I like VA panel its so close to oled - the really fine VA panel. Not all VA the same quality wise. Even my Samsung odyssey g5 g50d - ips panel looks really really good. Using samsung galaxy phone and samsung tablet s4 amoled as my

I wish Sticky + Cluster was like in Iceborne & Sunbreak

I’m using a 1440P Samsung Odyssey G50D, using the Graphic Image Preset while AMD RADEON on default display setting and Wilds in game adjustment 0 18 0 I think, and I like the way it looks 🥹
