My little corner 🥰
I picked mine up on marketplace from a nice lady who had it in her garage , never even took off the plastic ! Saw kids toys and worried it was scratched but not a single scratch exists , it was a makeshift office from what I could guess ! Used the monitor for like 2 weeks before I started screwing w

Looking to upgrade my setup for productivity + occasional Switch 2 gaming — monitor advice?
The Mac mini was never released with an M3. It went from the M2 to the M4. If you have the smaller newer version it’s the M4, the older design is the M2. Considering the monitor, 4K is a must on MacOS. Due to the lack of sub-pixel scaling you need to have enough ppi for your text to be crisp. 1080 i

Display 27" or 32" 4K for sensitive eyes - eye strain/baking for astigmatism one eye -0.75
I have a Samsung M8 32" 4k monitor and I love it. Very easy on the eyes for me. It's a "smart monitor" so comes with a nice little remote to control netflix and whatever else. Built in speakers that are decent. It's a VA panel and matte. Also comes in a 27" version. I use it for work, relaxing using

What monitors have the most refined rear panel?
Reddit is getting way too snarky and unhelpful. I just used chatgpt, and have found the Samsung M8 monitor has the nicest looking back panel. Hope this helps someone else

Monitor disconnects when moving my Mac mini — is this normal?
Many Samsung monitors are pretty cheaply made when it comes to connectors. I love my Samsung M8, but if I even breathe on it had, it has momentary disconnects. Also USB-C cable qualtiy has a lot of variation.

Upgrading to 4k 32” Samsung UJ59
Im running the samsung smart monitor, M8. 32 inch, and can flip both ways, horizontal or vertical. Mouse and keyboard are always hooked up, and DeX-ing my phone gives it heaps of functionality (like a mini PC). Also has office built in, in addition to all the entertainment apps.

Ok, I have been looking for over a week for what is a good monitor for an m4 and I am even more confused…
I have a samsung 32" 4k M8 smart monitor, works fine. Also have a Asus 32" 4k Pro Art, works better. I recommend 4k 120hz, and OLED if you can afford it.

Looking for a good Mac screen alternative to the Apple Studio Display
I have two Samsung M8 4K UHD monitors and have been nothing but happy with them, it's been 2 years and use them all day every day. I have a 2023 M2 Max Mac Studio. I so badly wanted the Apple Studio displays but couldn't justify spending that much and I have no regrets.

My trusty beast (MacBook Pro M1 Pro) is still going strong!
MBP M1 Pro 16Gb/2Tb is such a workhorse. Starting to choke a bit when i have all my apps open due to RAM, but I have crazy amount ot apps I’m working with sometimes and on web, so not the most optimal especially because I use Chrome. Giving it a clean format after 4 years of constant use would proba

How did you replace your Intel 27" iMac?
I loved my 27" Intel i7 and replaced it with the 2022 Mac Studio M1 Max 64GB. For being 3 chips older, it still impresses me. I work heavily with Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, and some After Effects. Render times, multitasking, and exports are blazingly fast compared to the old Intel. My only piec
