870 EVO

I have HD2 installed to a Samsung 870 EVO NVME drive so not slow by any means, but due to the way the game is archived it means it's quicker by a significant amount to uninstall and re-download the entire game where there is a patch.

Surely there's a better way than this?!

You likely wouldn't even notice a difference between your gen 3 and a faster drive if it's just for gaming and general use. You may still consider buying a new 5.0 drive if your PC has a 5.0 slot, though. 1 TB fills pretty quick with the size of modern games and you may want to buy a SSD while price

Az emag se húzza sokáig szerintem. Mióta átment piactérbe, vazz... több hamis cuccot árulnak ott mint az aliexpressen :) Persze amíg van olyan madár aki megveszi a más boltokban 120 ezerért árult Samsung Evo SSD-t 14 ezerért és utána csodálkozik, hogy szar - hát megélnek.
