Beginner - need help on optimal storage drive setup please!
I believe the speed of your Samsung SSD 860 EVO 250gb is 520 Mbps. Time to do some math. How does that number compare to the files you need to read and write? It may work just fine for everything (though it seems tiny to me). You should not store any media on the boot drive.

100% Disk usage with a "new" HDD
Last year had a friend's PC here with 100% disk usage complaints and it was running a 2TB HDD for everything.
