R58 Cinquantotto

I recently upgraded to the Rocket R58 TUNE and would happily recommend it to anyone looking to switch to a dual boiler. It's a beautifully designed machine with some thoughtful features.

Personal caveat, I'm a Cinquantotto (v3) owner, so take my esthetic opinions as a fan of the v3, with that... (question A) general thoughts? and (question B) non-Rocket loyalists interest? I have "A" covered below with my observation that the Tune is a mixed bag of incredible with some criticisms. Q

Get the Rocket R58 Cinquantotto. It’s a double boiler and will be a workhorse for you if you need that DB life. It’s just under 5k at Cafe Liegeois they ship within Canada and often have the best prices. I bought my current set up from them and I’m in the GTA.

I got a Rocket Cellini. I regret the sales guy talked me out of an R58. It's about ten years old and before they put a PID in it. It's a heat exchange and I would like to get something with a dual boiler. It's been low maintenance over the years. The only thing I've had to replace is the control boa
