Mozzafiato is a HX machine while Linea Mini is a dual boiler. I wouldn't call that "very similar performance". In many parts of the world it's easier to get service on La Marzocco since they have a network of technicians who service their many commercial customers. You might want to call LM directly

Got a Rocket Mozzafiato R refurb. Arrived packed like it was new, and not a single scratch or blemish on the machine. WLL certainly put in a good effort with packing and shipping. It ended up being 1k off new and only a couple months in but loving it so far. I don’t think I would have shelled out th

This looks like a single boiler machine with a fairly weak steam wand tbh. I started on one of these and these days I have a rocket mozzafiato and the difference is night and day interms of how you steam milk. Given his equipment I dont think he's introducing too much air at all it just seems that w

They work amazingly well actually. You probably just bought a crap machine. Pressure and flow of your home water system aren't relevant for an espresso machine. The interior boiler fills up with water while its on to some degree, or you can fill it manually. Espresso machines have their own boilers

I think the Bezzera is going to be a better steamer. It has a larger boiler 2L vs 1.6L. The Bezzera has more precise control over the boiler temperatures with a PID with a display. I think the build quality for both will be excellent, with the Bezzera having more premium features with its joysticks

Grinder first. Without a doubt. Here's more details based on my experience. Tools upgrade: I own a BBE (have since upgraded but still own it) and my first upgrades were to my puck prep tools. A dosing ring, WDT and self leveling tamper, followed by a bottomless portafilter. This gave me a noticeable

I love how wild some of the mods get for the Gaggia. I rocked a Breville set up for 8 years before it exploded. About 2 years into that machine I had decided I like the hobby and would upgrade when it died. It decided to hang on all that extra time lol, I figured being the consumer grade machine it

Hi. You got this. It’s a great machine. Once you iron out these kinks, you’ll never look back. It’s so easy to take care of. I have the Mozzafiato version (same basic guts in the machine). Your pressure issue - this machine takes 10-15 minutes to build pressure in the boiler. Wait. Then, put a blind

We’ve had a Rocket Mozzafiato for 7 years. We make about 5-7 coffees a day with it, and it’s still going strong. Most used kitchen appliance in addition to our Breville oven.
