Roborock Q7 TF+ parts
No, if it's about internal parts. The older Q7 was made in Roborock's own factory, while Q7TF is made by ODM manufacturer Picea, which uses a different design from the original Q7. But if we talk about the side brush, it is compatible with the anti-tangle arc side brush used in other Roborock models
