First, I’m a happy Roborock customer and have had the QRevo (original) for 2.5 years with no issues other than the occassional cord/hand towel/shoe lace tangle. I finally purchased one that has auto empty and that has saved me tons of hands on. I don't run on schedule so I can pick up before it vacuums so that getting stuck isn't an issue.
