First, I’m a happy Roborock customer and have had the QRevo (original) for 2.5 years with no issues other than the occassional cord/hand towel/shoe lace tangle. I finally purchased one that has auto empty and that has saved me tons of hands on. I don't run on schedule so I can pick up before it vacuums so that getting stuck isn't an issue. And letting it go daily or at least every 2 days it stays on top of the hair from my 4 cats. We have 2 RoboRock Q10 S5+
