My Apple Watch in bed was a no go for me so bought RingConn 2 Air. So far the sleep numbers I needed are there & accurate enough. Didn’t need sleep apnea. So far so good but time will tell.

I have the RingConn Gen 2 ($299) which is their “best” model but the gen 2 air is just as good ($199). The only difference between them is the gen 2 has sleep apnea tracking, is made of titanium, and has a very convenient charging case while the air just has a dock. If you don’t care about the price

I’m planning to get a RingConn gen 2 for this purpose (not replacing a Fitbit, but for better sleep tracking than my Apple Watch 8 has).

We got the RingConn gen 2 because my husband wanted it for the sleep apnea monitoring. I got it so I have something for when I don’t wear a different watch other than my Apple Watch. It also doesn’t need a subscription like Oura. It’s also less expensive.
