I'm pretty impressed with the ringcon gen 2 air

I've only had it two days. Day one it wasn't so great. Was about 1k off the step count of my Fitbit and when I told it I was going for a walk outside when I mowed the lawn my heart rate never went past 90 bpm. I have a hilly yard and my Fitbit thought I was mountain biking on auto detect. My hear

My journey with my Gen 2 Air… so far…

Hi, I have been a long time Apple Watch user but the battery life is so bad especially for those of us who exercise a lot. So I decided to look into a smart ring, after reading several reviews I decided to go for the Ringconn, I was unsure between the gen 2 and the gen 2 air when I compared the cost

Oura vs Ringconn?

Im bored rn so ima give u a full run through of my thoughts as I got the RingConn gen 2 air last week and have been researching it for a full month now, so to start I have watched the video by the quantified scientist over both the RingConn and the oura ring and he claims with his own tests that our

RingConn -> Apple Health Sync questions.

So I just got my new Gen 2 Air yesterday. So far I love this thing, but I have questions about syncing the steps with Apple Health. I made the connection between the RC app and Health, so it appears that step data is being pushed from the RC app to Health. But I can't tell what data is being pushed

Ultrahuman ring air or Ringconn Gen 2?

All valid points. I will say that RingConn did try to make their app more "fun" but 2/3 of users in my survey didn't appreciate that...so they toned it down a couple weeks after launch. It comes down to not what features each has, but what will you actually need or use. In sizing, if you get the sta

disappointed

Hi everyone,

Sadly had to return my RingConn Gen 2 Air to Amazon. I really liked the ring (comfortable, great battery, app was solid), but over 10 nights, sleep stages were only detected twice.I tried everything: different fingers, timing, updates, resets... nothing worked. Most other metrics (HR,

iPhone RingConn home widget not updating steps automatically

Hello! I recently bought my RingConn Gen 2 Air and am having issues with the Apple RingConn Home Screen widget not updating steps automatically. I have to manually open my Ringconn app and then exit out for the home widget to update, which defeats the purpose of having the widget syncing automatical

Bought a ring Conn and the started seeing all these bad things :(

I’ve had my RingConn 2 since December 2025 and honestly, I’ve been really happy with it. I wear it every day alongside a Fitbit watch, and the data between the two is actually very similar, which reassured me a lot about its accuracy. One of the main reasons I chose RingConn was because there’s no a

gen 2 air update

Yeah, the plan section is pretty useless now. When it was first launched as part of UI 3.0, the AI Health Plan/Partner was incredibly useful and well thought out. Basically it monitored your metrics and weighed against your personal goals and then adjusted the goals automatically to nudge you toward

Ringconn, Oura? Stuck on choosing which is best for me.

2 months into my RingConn gen2 air. So far it's very meh. I miss the Oura app and my old Oura was much more reliable in data. The cons were that it was a complete piece of crap that had to be replaced 3 times. So, my vote is to find a third option
