I'm pretty impressed with the ringcon gen 2 air
I've only had it two days. Day one it wasn't so great. Was about 1k off the step count of my Fitbit and when I told it I was going for a walk outside when I mowed the lawn my heart rate never went past 90 bpm. I have a hilly yard and my Fitbit thought I was mountain biking on auto detect. My hear

Dune gold!
I LOVE!!! My ring is so gorgeous. I got the gen 2 air in dune gold and I was a bit scared because I am a strict gold girly but I know I don’t have trouble with sleep apnea so i opted for the air which has the dune gold color. I was scared it was going to be too brown, but I love it!! It’s such a bea

Sleep Apnea Monitoring worth extra $100??
Anyone that has had another smart ring before or the Gen 2 Air, do you find the Sleep Apnea monitoring part is worth it on Gen 2 ring or not??
My Apple Watch Series 9 supposedly detects sleep apnea, but it never did even though a later official sleep study with my doctor did detect it based on Oxyg

Oura vs Ringconn: (Apparently) Common Question
I've recently been looking at getting a smart ring since my phone (s25 ultra) doesn't have the heart rate/ox sat/stress monitoring like my s7 did. I really, really don't like the price of the oura rings on top of a subscription, but I've heard mixed reviews about ringconns accuracy.

Looking for a smart ring
I’ve also just bought the Ring Conn 2 Air as I had a health issue and wanted to monitor my heart rate and was interested in my sleeping status as I sometimes have trouble sleeping. I’m really happy with it and don’t really feel it throughout the day. It might be annoying when going to the gym with d

Ultrahuman ring air or Ringconn Gen 2?
All valid points. I will say that RingConn did try to make their app more "fun" but 2/3 of users in my survey didn't appreciate that...so they toned it down a couple weeks after launch. It comes down to not what features each has, but what will you actually need or use. In sizing, if you get the sta

Should I buy a Second Ringconn Gen 2 Air …… YES. (Highly Reccomend)
It's a fantastic ring, and I highly recommend it. While it's similar to the GEN Two, I've used both, and I can tell you right away that you're better off choosing the regular version. In my opinion, the battery life and sensors are superior. They may claim they're the same, but I'm not entirely conv

disappointed
Hi everyone,
Sadly had to return my RingConn Gen 2 Air to Amazon. I really liked the ring (comfortable, great battery, app was solid), but over 10 nights, sleep stages were only detected twice.I tried everything: different fingers, timing, updates, resets... nothing worked. Most other metrics (HR,

I want to track sleep.
I’m considering getting a ringconn and I have been having trouble recently with sleeping not apnea. I was gonna get the gen 2 air. Would you recommend this ring for sleep or other brands?

Clinical In-Lab Sleep Study Vs Ringconn Gen 2 (with Apnea Monitoring)
My Apple Watch in bed was a no go for me so bought RingConn 2 Air. So far the sleep numbers I needed are there & accurate enough. Didn’t need sleep apnea. So far so good but time will tell.
