You could save some money an anbernic RG series device for about 70$ but it would struggle with gamecube. If Gamecube is a must i recommend the Retroid pocket 4 pro or retroid pocket 5.

RP4 Pro looks excellent for $150. I will say, that the screen on the Retroid Pocket 5 (1080p OLED) is a significant upgrade over the screen of the Retroid Pocket 4 Pro.
