Duo 3 PoE

Honestly, the only thing this has over the reolink duo 3v is smart detections, so if you don't need those save the money and get the better reolink camera

I'm having the same issue. It also stutters in the Unifi Protect app. It is fine for .75 seconds, and then frames drop for .5 seconds, and then repeats. It is very odd that in the Reolink app, the video is perfect, but outside of it, then it stops. My RLC-1240a works fine, but the Duo 2V and Duo 3V
