i ran into this on my basilisk v3 too. synapse sometimes glitches with the smart-reel feature. try turning off 'smart-reel' in the wheel settings tab, not just auto-scroll. if that doesn't stick, a clean synapse reinstall usually fixes it. for what it's worth, the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro has a smoothe
