I have a Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed, it works flawlessly with macOS, although this particular model is not supported by Razer Synapse on Mac, but that's not a problem, I additionally configured the mouse in Windows (VMware). However, it's better to choose the Basilisk V3 version that is official

It's also next-level on the infinity scroll wheel thing: they made the toggle digital and the mouse can detect how hard you flick the wheel, automatically unlocking infinite scroll
