had this with my basilisk v3 on an older laptop. check device manager - disable "allow computer to turn off this device" for usb root hubs. also try updating synapse and the mouse firmware. if it keeps acting up, the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro wireless version never gave me that issue. Razer DeathAdder V
