A good chunk of the budget should be for the grinder cause if the grinder is not good a good machine can't save it. Lelit Anita comes with a coffee grinder like your needs and costs around 75-80k but I would recommend the Anna with PID and a separate grinder like DF54 Lelit Anna with PID 63k, Grinde

Profitec GO or Rancilio Silvia w/ gaggimate [~600€]
GCP + gaggiuino GCP is worse than Rancilio Silvia without the mod; but it is better than Silvia after the mod (because Silvia's advantages - for example, larger boiler - then become disadvantages).
