Migrating to QNAP, Single->RAID1->RAID5->RAID6?
Never heard of a TW-464 .. a TS-464 or TBS-464 ? OpenZFS does not support RAID level migration, only adding vdev's to an existing RAID group (expanding a RAID) So if you want to keep your migration path open, use QTS (here you can do the migration path as indicated, but I would not use RAID6 on a 4

Complete Duplication of a TS-464
Before you are trying this confusing disk disk jockey stunt, why not just upgrade to QuTS 5.3 and use the HA feature ? https://www.qnap.com/en/how-to/tutorial/article/how-to-set-up-a-high-availability-cluster edit I guess 5.3 is not available for this NAS yet. https://www.qnap.com/en/download?model=

In theory, yes, you could put the drives from your old Qnap NAS into a new Qnap NAS (must be a Qnap NAS), as long as both are running the same version of QTS. Be sure you have a backup of your data. That said, I don't recommend it. I tried that (migrating to at TS-464) and had lots of problems when
