How would you spend $400 to support your weight loss/health journey?
I’d go with the Powerblocks. They’re indestructible and the Elite EXP’s are $400 and go up to 50lbs while being upgradable to 90lbs.

Why are dumbbells so expensive?? Any suggestions?
Powerblocks elite EXP 10-90 is about $600 total, which frankly is a steal.

Help! Hubby wants a home gym
As someone who recently got into lifting in 2025, what I bought when I started, may be different that what I would have done today with how my perceptions have evolved. I'd say, give him a hand drawn gift certificate of choosing whatever adjustable dumbbells and bench he'd like, maybe within a certa

what adjustable dumbbells under $150 are actually worth buying?
Depends on how much weight you want. The best safest answer I can give is used powerblocks on FBM. They may be an older discontinued version but the will work for the budget you’ve got. The higher the budget the more weight you can get.I’ve Heard horror stories about cheap DB’s. Example would be a B

Postpartum mom looking for dumbbells options
I have PowerBlocks, Elite USA, and love them. Had them since the summer, and use them 3-6 times a week. They can easily grow with me which is very nice. I upgraded to the stage 2, and saved a couple of dollars during their recent black Friday sale. Honestly, if you can get a good pair of adjustables

Is the Powerblock Pro 100 EXP (stage 1) worth $520 USD?
I have the PowerBlock Elite USA’s 90lb set. Love them. The major differences in PowerBlocks at the moment is the Urethane vs metal. Urethanes are more durable and rigid. However it comes at a cost of slightly larger size. That may not matter if you don’t plan on building beyond 70lbs. Which they do

Looking for good budget adjustable dumbbells: Are Eisenlink Dumbbells just dropshipped with more than a 100€ markup per Dumbbell?
I have seen the iFast version of the Eisenlinks and they at least to me looked exactly the same, I am not saying they are for sure a whitebox product that people just put their name on, but evidence does point that way. I maintain that while it is a good system, there is more reasons than just an ol

Powerblock usability and comfort?
I definately will and they will be here probably early next week. I watched videos until I was blue in the face and the USA Elites seem to be the most compact. Even more compact than the regular Elite EXP’s. Another thing that concerned me about the Pro 100’s is the size of the handle. It’s 38mm vs
