How would you spend $400 to support your weight loss/health journey?

I’d go with the Powerblocks. They’re indestructible and the Elite EXP’s are $400 and go up to 50lbs while being upgradable to 90lbs.

Powerblock EXP100s vs Rep Pepins.

Reppins without a doubt. They feel, look, and work just better. And go heavier. Where it becomes a harder choice is comparing Reppins to the Powerblock elite exp on woot. $1200 vs $500 is very different the $1200 vs $950

Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay?

If someone has the space and the budget, I’d recommend fixed dumbbells. Adjustable dumbbells always involve managing tradeoffs, and even the best adjustable isn’t better than commercial grade fixeds. Of course, few of us have unlimited space and budgets. So my usual recommendation is to split the di

Adjustable Dumbbells

I personally bought and really like Powerblocks. I have the Elite EXP ones. They’re pricey, but worth every penny. The shape of them makes them even better. It’s weird at first, but you get used to it quickly, and I prefer it.

adjustable dumbells idea?

Powerblock elite exp with the option to expand from 50 to 70 if you get stronger. Pretty durable design, not too bulky, and well priced. People don't like the look of the cage design but I've found it to be a non issue functionally.

How do beginners start with dumbbells safely? Overwhelmed and worried about form

Start at a way lower weight than most people would suggest and increase the weight way slower than feels normal. Form and consistency is way more important than trying to explode in size overnight and will lead to more longterm success. I bought adjustable weights though so l have accept to every we

PowerBlock AMA + $1,000 Home Gym Giveaway

My Elite EXPs 90s are dollar for dollar the best value item I’ve ever bought for my homegym. They were the first thing I bought, and they’re one of the only things I’ve never felt the need to upgrade. Are there any plans for exploring designs that offer higher weight options, outside of the Commerci
