Anyone see the Voyager 5200 and Legend mute buttons stop working with MS Teams?

My company forced an windows upgrade to 1909 this week, and right after, my mute button stopped working with teams. rather than my usual double tone alert, in a teams call, I would only get a single tone on both my voyager legend and my 5200, and no action on muting. It would simply do nothing.

Finally gave up on Voyager 5200 UC and bought BH71 pro

Recently I started getting lot of connection issues with BT700 connector and Voyager 5200 UC. I suspect it was recent updates to charging case and 5200 that led to issues. There was no help from HP as my headsets are 15 months old and out of 1 year warranty. I had issue when I purchased those and ha

Plantronics Voyager Legend headset has TERRIBLE audio on the other end.

I hope you guys can help me.

I have now tried two different sets of Voyager Legend headsets.

I bought this because a friend has it and it sounds really good. It handles wind and background noise like a boss.

However, when I connect it to my S22U, the sound that people hear from me is terrible. Th

Headset Auto Answers When Its Not on My Ear

Hello everyone. I have a Plantronics Voyager Legend, its connected via bluetooth to a Fanvil X4U-V2. That phone is joined to a 3CX PBX. I've been having an issue with it where if a call comes in and its not on my ear then it immediately auto answers the call. If its on my ear, then it won't auto

POLY HP Voyager Legend 50 Disconnecting/Reconnecting Calls Near Laptop

I purchased a new Poly HP Voyager Legend 50 in July. It is not connected to my laptop as I only use it for phone calls on my iPhone 13 Pro. I do have it set up so I can stream music from my phone (which I don't do in the office), but otherwise, the headset is not connected to anything else.

My Voyager Legend 50 has awful microphone quality on PC. Would the Poly BT700 fix this?

As mentioned in the title, my Voyager Legend 50 seems to have subpar audio quality when connected to my Windows 11 PC through a bluetooth dongle. I am wondering if the Poly BT700 dongle would fix this.

Is Voyager Legend 50 charging connector finicky?

I'm wondering if the charging connector between the earpiece and base charger on the Voyager Legend 50 is finicky. I have the Voyager 5200 and I struggle with it not engaging properly.

I currently have the Voyager 5200 and I love it. My only complaint is the finicky charger connection between the

Comfortable bluetooth ear piece for someone who wears glasses?

I hope this is the right forum for this. Its about as close as I can figure...

I recently purchased a Plantronics Voyager Legend bluetooth earpiece for my S5. After a very short time wearing it, I'm beginning to think its just not a comfortable fit for me with my glasses.

My primary use for a blue
