I have recently switched to Poly after experiencing consistent mic issues with an over-the-ear set from a competitor.

As I already have over-ear headphones for music and general noise cancellation, I decided to opt for something less bulky. I ended up with the Blackwire 8225 and Voyager L

My company forced an windows upgrade to 1909 this week, and right after, my mute button stopped working with teams. rather than my usual double tone alert, in a teams call, I would only get a single tone on both my voyager legend and my 5200, and no action on muting. It would simply do nothing.

That's a Plantronics Voyager Legend. I have the same one. It's pretty good. What's the issue here?
