I have a Voyager Legend, and the gray insert that holds the clear silicone earbud piece keeps falling out. It has a slot and sort of a twist-in, but the foam rubber o-ring doesn't seem to provide enough pressure to hold it.

I've been a loyal fan of Plantronics / Poly Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headsets for decades because well, they work amazingly, and I absolutely cannot put anything inside my ears without causing intense itching! Even resting their headsets in the crook of my ear begins to irritate that skin after a sh
