Bluetooth headset issues

I have a Plantronics Voyager Legend that I like to use with my iPhone 6s Plus. But the feeling is not mutual. The headset randomly disconnects while on a call, and i have to go back to the phone screen and manually switch it back.

It has the latest firmware, and also has some sensors to detect wh...

Headsets in the office

I'm a bit curious about what headsets you are using in your office environment. Doing tech support while holding the handset in one hand and the mouse in the other doesn't leave much room for typing. In my office everyone has got either the [Plantronics CS500](http://www.plantronics.com/us/produc...

Anyone see the Voyager 5200 and Legend mute buttons stop working with MS Teams?

My company forced an windows upgrade to 1909 this week, and right after, my mute button stopped working with teams. rather than my usual double tone alert, in a teams call, I would only get a single tone on both my voyager legend and my 5200, and no action on muting. It would simply do nothing.

XZ1 compact; end of life = time to replace?

My XZ1 compact may have been my favorite smartphone, (neck and neck up there with my OG MotoX!) Once security updates stopped in September, however, I've been constantly considering moving to a new phone. I use my phone for work extensively, and while the practical security risk of a 9/2019 updated ...

Using Google Glass to make phone calls?

I work from home and make a lot of phone calls from my cell phone for my job. I use a Plantronics Voyager Legend simply because it had the best sound cancellation and audio quality I could find, at least according to the reviews I have read. I've been able to make occasional phone calls to clients ...

Plantronics Voyager Legend headset has TERRIBLE audio on the other end.

I hope you guys can help me.

I have now tried two different sets of Voyager Legend headsets.

I bought this because a friend has it and it sounds really good. It handles wind and background noise like a boss.

However, when I connect it to my S22U, the sound that people hear from me is terrible. Th...

Poly Voyager legend 50 | Returning it after 3 days

My Poly 5200 stopped working recently, and instead of ordering a replacement, I decided to try the new Poly Voyager Legend 50. I received the package on Friday and began testing the microphone in different environments while connected to my Mac.

Unfortunately, the microphone performance has been di...

Earpiece keeps coming apart?

I have a Voyager Legend, and the gray insert that holds the clear silicone earbud piece keeps falling out. It has a slot and sort of a twist-in, but the foam rubber o-ring doesn't seem to provide enough pressure to hold it.

Anyone else had this problem? Is there any kind of replacement? Or a ...
