Accidentally took 100mg of Vyvanse today. Please pray for me.

Typical Gatorade has too much sugar. It’s not isotonic like pedialyte. The sports version athletes drink is different from the stuff you and I can purchase at the store

Help. Woke up still drunk. Don’t want impending hungover. But it will happen. Can I lessen some magical way? Thank you.

Couple of options. Hair of the dog. Drink more! Or Sober up carefully, load up on water, pedialyte, other sports drink. Walking, working out might help later. Pho or ramen soup will help a lot, eat some proteins too. Greasy foods can help.

If you can get it sip on pedialyte as it’s designed to be easily digestible and doesn’t have all the extra crap of sodas or sports drinks but has electrolytes your body needs right now

It really helps combat the feeling of getting cooked. Stainless steel mugs filled with ice (XL cubes if you can) and water so that

Beginner looking to build experience in hiking & scrambling

Pedialyte is the brand I use, you can get it in most grocery stores and Shoppers. I would stay away from other sports drink powders like Gatorade or Mio, since they are far heavier on sugar than Pedialyte. The map books are great (I love mine, especially for planning), but they are also pretty heavy

Topomax, side effects

The tingling is most likely low potassium. I'm on a similar med, and need to supplement potassium. It can get better as you adjust to the med, but electrolytes can help. Don't blindly supplement, get your blood levels checked, potassium has a very narrow range of OK, and outside that range is heart/
