Is there an electrolyte specifically aimed at us with POTS?
Idk but when I'm having a bad flare up drinking a couple of bottles of Pedialyte specifically the advanced care + ones generally makes me feel better. As far as everyday supplementation I haven't really found anything yet that helps consistently so will definitely be browsing this thread for recomme

POTS and low Bp
I have this issue. My BP will even be high at times, then just bottom out. I’ve been in the ER many times, after becoming unconscious. BP is so low, it won’t even register. The lowest I’ve ever seen myself was 64/40. Epinephrine works though! Once they kept me for 4 days, and found nothing. Nothing
