OM-5 Mark ii, what does it compare to in the lumix line up?
The OM-5 is a winner in most ways. But the spec sheet doesn't actually capture how versatile and good Lumix AF system is, even the lowly 49 point system. You simply can't understand if you've never used it. Although you may get something of a sense based on reviews of the prior G95 such as this one:

Buying a new camera?
Look at the OM-5 (either Mark) and a 12-[whatever] mm M43 lens. Used. You should also consider the Panasonic G95/G97 & the Olympus E-M5 Mark III. The Mark III has a weak tripod mount but excellent autofocus.
