Visible band or oura ring?

I have worn Oura for years and it does nothing for my POTS, because it does not offer constant heart rate monitoring. It takes a measurement every once in a while throughout the day. It doesn’t help me pace myself, since the data arrives after the fact. It also does not predict tiredness or stress.

10 changes that actually stuck this year. Nothing fancy. Most cost nothing.

half this list is stuff our grandparents did daily without calling it biohacking. early dinner. tongue scraping. foot massage. rose preserve. they didn't need an oura ring to know what worked. sometimes the oldest advice is the best advice we just need a reddit post to believe it lol

For what it's worth, I specifically took OFF my Oura ring while pregnant because it was stressing me out.
