Do you guys get any deep sleep?
Would recommend getting a gem 3 Oura ring or something comparable (mine was $50 used) - helps track deep sleep - I average 1 - 1.25 hours which is all you really need I think

Does anyone else fall asleep really fast? or is this abnormal
According to my Oura ring, 15 minutes is the optimal length of time to fall asleep. On nights when I fall asleep quickly (for me that is 5 to 7 minutes), I get a lower sleep score. Oura has done a lot of sleep related research, as that is how they started out, so I sort of trust them. So I would say
