Oura Ring for Period Tracking
i dont have an oura but i track with a different app and honestly just logging symptoms + basal temp consistently for a couple months taught me more about my cycle than anything else. the ring is cool for the temp tracking part but you dont strictly need it, a cheap bbt thermometer does the same thi

The Oura ring is really fun for early pregnancy. It detected both my pregnancies before early tests could (!!). It can be a little crazy making once you're pregnant though. I recommend ignoring the temps once you have a positive because your temp can vary quite a bit and it scares people into thinki

Women with ADHD – do you notice specific patterns during your cycle?
Absolutely!! I can barely function 10-14 days before my period, get teary and depressed. Then on the second day of my period the fog lifts and life becomes beautiful and positive. It’s quite ridiculous that our “medical” science is in such infancy stages in understanding women’s BASIC health I track

My first IUI - how much weight should I put on my BBT?
Same, I have an Oura ring and it takes my BBT automatically and I do rely on it heavily. I always see my temp drop right before my period so I trust that it’s accurate

Ovulation tracking
Definitely recommend an Oura ring or similar wearable that tracks your temperature. My understanding is that while other tracking tools like test strips or discharge can helpful, with PCOS the problem is your body can attempt to ovulate more than once before it's successfully - so you could see horm

Period question
I was someone who was always regular and now I never know when the hell my period is going to show up. I will say though that I have an Oura ring and the period temperature tracker is spot on. So that has helped me with a general idea of when it’s coming

Best watch or ring for ovulation tracking and fitness
Oura ring is generally considered the best for this last I heard. You can pair that with Natural Cycles (an app) and it will track when you are most fertile / ovulating etc. I believe the temperature tracker is more sensitive on Oura, it used to be the only wearable that would pair with Natural Cycl

Lumia and other wearables
I’ve found the oura ring to be helpful for heart rate tracking, sleep, body temp. I don’t like watches or bands so that’s why I decided on that and I like it. You can log symptoms too. Sometimes it’ll confuse my high heart rate with stress though, it has a little graph, and I’m seldom ever actually
