Yes it’s the oura gen 4. I’ve had it over 1.5 years and absolutely love it. I work night shift so it’s really challenged me to prioritize my sleep recognize when I shouldn’t overextend by working out. It’s also been my form of tracking my cycle. Highly recommended.

While you should use the sizing kit, given that you wore a Colmi already, a size 8 may be right, but a Gen 4 could be a little loose. I have both an Apple Watch series 10 and an Oura ring gen 4. They work well together and for sleeping I do like Oura better. I think a smart ring would be a good option for you for sleep tracking and general day to day tracking, but I don’t think any smart ring is going to be good option for the gym
