I think it was just too close to the em5iii. It’s a really good camera. I’m looking forward to the om-5ii. I prefer that form factor, and I don’t need the latest sensor. I do hope they include animal detect and maybe the graduated ND filters.

Not bad in low light, the drop depends on camera age. I have owned em5, em5iii, g9, S5, g9ii. Sold the s5 and got a g100 while I get another full frame. It's a sidestep, not an upgrade. Ok, it's a little bit of an upgrade. Evolutionary, not revolutionary. A little faster, a few more megapixels. The IBIS will be a little bit better. An OM-5 or EM5-III would be a bigger upgrade because you would get a better (much faster) autofocus capable of continuo
