if you have an invoice they might repair it for you. My tail air battery just 'hit the bed. I opened a ticket with obsbot, diagnosed it and I have to ship it to them for a new battery. 66$ plus cost of shipping to NJ.

I bought TWO Obsbot Tail Air for my studio last year and to date have been able to use them reliably exactly ZERO times. Constantly disconnecting, stopping recording, constant software and firmware issues. Just tried updating the software again and now neither camera even appears in the software. Co

Honestly, I would email OBSBOT and see what they can do! My Tail Air completely busted on me out of the blue, but a few months after the 1 year warranty. They were so confused by my issue, they sent me a new one so I could send the old one back so they could figure out what went wrong.
