I have been having this issue as well. My Tail Air connects and has video signal to all the places I have used it, but I can not control it from the OBSBOT Start app any more. You could consider an obsbot tail air. The ptz capabilities might be nice too so if it’s placed in the wrong direction it can be corrected.

I currently use 3 Tail Airs on stage to record multiple performers. I use one Obsbot remote to control them. I set 3 preset positions/zoom per camera (9 total settings) and usually press auto track after choosing a preset. Works really well.

There are many, many livestreaming cameras. However, from context, I am assuming you are looking specifically for one that also has a built in battery -- so that you can mount the camera (temporarily) somewhere with no wires whatsoever. And then you just get live video somewhere else on the same WiF
