NYX Lip IV is great. I love Drippin in Rose which is a sort of nude/mauve but they have other browns and nudes. Their Smushy lip balms also stain pretty well and they have some non-pink/berry shades.

Have you tried Revlon Rum Raisin as well? They were both everywhere in the 90s I also really like Nyx lip IV in Mocha Me Wet (lighter and a bit more red) Espresso soak (darker and more brown) blotted so it’s just the stain. They both remind me a lot of what I wore in the 90s

Nyx has fully converted me. Their Lip IV is holy grail + is a stain too so double the value. Their butter gloss is also really great color payoff and never dries my lips.
