NYX Lip IV is great. I love Drippin in Rose which is a sort of nude/mauve but they have other browns and nudes. Their Smushy lip balms also stain pretty well and they have some non-pink/berry shades.

The NYX Lip IV shades I’ve tried start off looking as advertised, but all of them seem to fade into the same pink color FWIW.

I think one of the NYX Lip IV (mauve n moist) is a similar dark plum colour, one of the Fenty stains (berry Banger?) has a similar colour and if not there are probably THOUSANDS of K-Beauty lip stains in a similar colour!

Have you tried Revlon Rum Raisin as well? They were both everywhere in the 90s I also really like Nyx lip IV in Mocha Me Wet (lighter and a bit more red) Espresso soak (darker and more brown) blotted so it’s just the stain. They both remind me a lot of what I wore in the 90s

Have you tried a dusky rose-brown? Colourpop lippie stick in the shade Cami comes to mind (matte formula), or NYX lip IV in the shade Drippin’ in Rose (gloss that turns to stain).
