Yes, if you have a router that has VPN features it's doable. It will simply show up as your home IP & if there is monitoring, they would view that as legitimate. As a note for consumer grade VPN usage, something like Nord could be used, but monitoring will detect it is a VPN and may list it as a VPN

NextDNS with vpn (eg nordvpn)
Nordvpn doesn't let you do it but there are tools that will turn the configurations you download into wireguard configurations. Then you can add your own DNS server. Better off to use a VPN that lets you choose your DNS like windscribe for example. I run Doh inside VPN with it easy.
