got my SE today as well, coming from a noblechairs epic I love it so far

202cm here. Bought a noblechairs Hero TX (fabric) a little over a month ago. Fits me just fine and no major complaints so far really. Would recommend. Check a couple of reviews to see if it's what they would like.

I also have a noblechairs hero, my gaslift gave out on me (like they always seem to do eventually on pretty much any gaslift chair) but my support experience were a lot better than yours. Granted it was outside of the 2 year warranty window they gave me help on where i could find a replacement lift
