Manual steaming.
Been there. Sadly it's the power of the steam due to it being a single boiler-ish system and heated by Thermocoil/Thermoblock heating system, which is just like one of those instant one cup kettles. There is just not the pressure. I found on the 701 I had, it could take well over a minute to get to

Bought my other half a luxe cafe pro, where is the best place to get beans from? I’m clueless when it comes to coffee
Hi Tom, Yes, this is a dip in and out document, just find the sub headings that suit your needs and maybe keep the rest for a night when your struggling to sleep, and it'll send you right of to the land of nod. Ratio not correct on the luxe pro.
No. Well that answers your question. Can I make a recommendation, the next time you go into the Additional Settings menu and reach for _h04, can I suggest stopping at _h03 and turn it off. Barista Assist is by far the worst thing in the Ninja Luxe Café machines. If you look at the image below, even Ni

Does the extraction look good? Is this how its supposed to come out. New to home coffee scene
Yes. It's a script in parts, just dip in and out of the sub-headings that suit your needs. It's not exhaustive, there are nuances that you'll find over time, but it's the basics to get you going. I hope you find it useful. Ninja's basics For your sanity only use Barista Assist (BA) as a guide to get

Ninja 601 never good espresso quality
I don't know the coffee's of which you speak, but is it possible you're water is too hot, a chocolate taste often comes from darker Roast's which requires water temperature set to Lo. Here's my usual Ninja Basics. Hope you find something useful. Ninja's basics For your sanity only use Barista Assist

At a Crossroads with my Ninja Luxe
I did. Told them it was defective and they took it back, no questions asked. Back to the drawing board now. Ninja has the 701 on sale right now for the same price I purchased at Costco, plus I have a 10% off code. It comes out cheaper than Costco, but I just can't go through all the issues again. I

Espresso shot consistently pulling 2.3 oz instead of 1.5 oz
Good, because in my experience it's the worst part of these machines. You can only chase normal Espresso logic, too much, grind finer. Here's something to consider. Puck Prep. The issue with the 701 is you can't do good puck prep because of the integrated tamper. I ended up taking it off machine, an

Ratio not correct on the luxe pro.
That's the issue with the Ratio Fault, inconsistent amounts of water being dispensed, but it's important to rule out other issues, for me the most important of these being puck prep. As I said earlier I had two 701's and during my research to make sure the issues I was having weren't me, puck prep c

Kaffeemaschine Ninja Erfahrungen?

Possible ratio issue :( Need advice on diagnosing / isolating
I don’t think this is fault, just badly/cheaply engineered machine which can’t deliver such feature consistently. There is no output scale built in with Ninja, and the rate of water flow at grouphead is hugely estimated and not really measured, combined with vibration pump which is also not super pr
